Mobile-First Operator Interface — Designed for rugged handhelds, vehicle-mounted terminals, and tablets. Forklift operators, water spiders, and material handlers all use the same interface optimized for their device.
Real-Time MES Coupling — Production consumption events on the MES trigger replenishment, presequencing, and pick directives in the WMS in real time — not on an overnight batch cycle.
Dynamic Storage Locations — Same SKU can live in any compatible bin; bins do not have to be pre-assigned. The system tracks where every unit actually is, which dramatically improves space utilization.
Barcode, RFID, and Pick to Light — Pick and put-away can be driven by 1D/2D barcodes, RFID, or pick-to-light — depending on the application.
AGV / AGC Integration— Native integration with automated guided vehicles for autonomous material movement. The WMS dispatches AGVs based on real production demand.
ERP Integration — Bidirectional connection to your ERP for receipts, shipments, inventory reconciliation, and backflush. Supported platforms include SAP, Oracle, Plex, QAD, Infor, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
