What do you like most about working within the manufacturing industry? I like the impact a person can have not just on a product, but for the benefit of the people who use, build, and design it.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? I enjoy working at Nysus Solutions a lot. There are always new and exciting projects that come up that are so much fun to work on. What do you like most about working within the manufacturing industry? The best part about working within the manufacturing industry is that we are able to see/use the products we helped build in the real world. Seeing the vehicles you helped build/ensure quality of on the streets is very satisfying.

About Ethan: I married my wife nearly 2 years ago, she’s my friend, my family, my all. She holds a very special place in my heart and is the reason I came to live in America. We do everything together outside of her schooling and my work, which is the only thing worthwhile to me to be apart. Together we share a deep love for nature and enjoy various outdoor activities: camping, hiking, yoga, electric biking, barefoot walks, barefoot golf and gardening. In addition to these outdoor pursuits, I find personal satisfaction in dedicating my time to build personal gaming computers, while also demonstrating a fervent commitment to the care and maintenance of aquatic ecosystems. I fell passionate about aquatic ecosystems so I still have a way to connect to my love for surfing which I used to pursue daily at Maroubra beach in Australia.

What do you see for the future of Nysus Solutions that you are excited about? What I’m excited about for the future of Nysus Solutions is its inevitable growth and expansion from all the work we do. This company is doing such important and impressive work every day, giving more people like me the opportunity to join the team. I’m planning to climb up the ladder here at Nysus Solutions over the years with my level of work & work ethics to continue my career here as
long as possible.

What do you think sets Nysus Solutions apart from the competition? The employees set Nysus Solutions apart from the rest. Everybody works together, shares tools and knowledge freely and never ceases to stop having a positive work attitude no matter what problem we face. Every employee I know genuinely enjoys coming to work at Nysus Solutions every day. Because Nysus Solutions always goes above and beyond for its employees in so many ways, like free sodas and snacks. Because at Nysus it feels more like a passion than a job. You take pride in everything you work on and never accept anything less than a perfect job well done.

About Le: My home country is Vietnam, which is halfway around the globe. When we (me and my twin brother) came here, everything was so much different. I appreciated the process we took to adapt to the culture and education, which exposed me to the cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices prevalent. For my time here with Nysus Solutions, as a software engineer, I am involved in developing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the company’s mission.

Favorite Sports Team: Any football team that Lionel Messi is playing for.

Favorite Food: Any food that was made by my mom. She is awesome.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? Most of my time being here is from my co-op experience with Nysus Solutions. I greatly appreciate the manner in which Nysus Solutions treats its interns, with respect and a friendly demeanor. The welcoming and professional working environment empowers me to bring out the best in myself. Additionally, the incredible support from the people here is truly remarkable. I am happy to become a full-time employee since I can feel the connection from my co-ops with Nysus Solutions.

Talk about a positive experience you’ve had with the Nysus Solutions team. I really appreciate the time and effort Nysus Solutions takes to evaluate their co-ops in order to help them improve in the future. James, Heysam and Daffy really made the meeting feel less informal and I always feel comfortable coming to any of them to ask about things I want to know. It feels amazing here and everyone treats each other with respect.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? What I enjoy most about working at Nysus Solutions is the fact that I have known and worked with Kevin, Steve, Bob, Dave, Mike and Tony in the past and have known some since 2003! All of them are great guys with great ideals.

Talk about a positive experience you’ve had with the Nysus Solutions team. One of my most positive experiences here at Nysus Solutions is with my coworkers in the Automation Team. They are very helpful, friendly and positive to work with. There is no negativity in their actions, speech or work ethics. They have  a very good grasp on the Nysus Solutions principals, and this is what a team should be doing to create a successful business.

About Le: I came from another country but being in the US is the best experience I have ever had. I have another twin brother who supports and helps me a lot. He shares almost every hobby with me including playing video games and watching sports. I’m also working on renovating our house and it could be amazed by everyone, especially since we are working on a mobile app so we could manage our tenants.

Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? I have been working with the Nysus team since my internship. The friendly and professional working environment enables me to be the best of myself. Also, the people here are so supportive. They are always willing to help if you face any issues. I am so excited to be their full-time employee because I could see myself growing along with the improvement of Nysus and it is virtually creating a bond between me and the company.

What do you think sets Nysus Solutions apart from the competition? Nysus could be distinctive in this industry because I could see everyone putting everything into the products. This could be one of the most dedicated products out there. Why do you enjoy working at Nysus Solutions? Coming in as a co-op, I had a lot of learning to do and lots of questions, but I have never had a question turned down by anyone. The team is very willing to put in the time to help each other. Although projects can be assigned on an individual basis, working here feels very collaborative. We share in the success and turmoil, and that creates an environment of trust and growth.

Talk about a favorite project you’ve worked on at Nysus Solutions. Early in my first co-op, I had a task of making the navigational menu of our management software collapsible. It ended up being less difficult and quicker than I expected, but I had such fun developing it. Now, I am reminded of it almost every time I work in the management software.
