What do you think sets Nysus apart from its competition? We have a lot of manufacturing expertise and an all-encompassing suite of solutions to help customers execute their projects/launches. Our ability and willingness to customize our software to fit whatever business/manufacturing processes is sometimes challenging, but in the end make our customers more successful.

Why would you recommend Nysus to a potential customer and/or new employee? We have several innovative solutions to accommodate a wide variety of challenges within the manufacturing industry. They are effective and fun to work with, as they frequently involve emerging technologies. We keep an open mindset and continually evaluate new technologies as they are introduced.

What do you think sets Nysus apart from its competition? What sets us apart is the way we partner with our customers to make them successful. There are many companies that sell software or automation, but we take pride in acting as a partner and truly understanding how these technologies will provide benefit.

Talk about your experience with the growth that Nysus has seen over the last few years. Nysus Solutions has been the recipient of a large amount of blessings over the last few years. Through the efforts of our entire team, we have been able to sustain a significant growth rate and growth has allowed us to expand and reward our talented team and give back to our community in increasing ways.

About Bob: I am married with 3 sons. I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, playing softball, coaching baseball and playing drums in the praise band at my church.

What do you like most about working within the manufacturing industry? I love getting to see how things are made, from people assembling parts to large machines and robots making and handling parts. The technology advances rapidly in this industry and it is very exciting to get to be a part of that.

What do you see for the future of Nysus that you are excited about? The sky is the limit for what we can achieve at Nysus over the next several years. We are expanding our automation capabilities and our core MES products have gone through several cycles of improvement to get to a point where we are providing what we believe is an extremely reliable and user-friendly system.

What do you like most about working within the manufacturing industry? I like that it’s always changing and evolving. We continue to be on the forefront of technology and push the boundaries on how we can use software and automation to help our customers.

Talk about your experience with the growth that Nysus has seen over the last few years. Over the last four years, I have developed relationships with customers that have advanced to the level where the customer/supplier aspect feels more like we “Nysus” are an extension of that company and not just another supplier. Customers often call to ask for our opinion on how they might solve a problem even when it may not directly result in a software or automation product we might supply. I think that shows they value our opinion and the knowledge base we have developed.
